What equipment do I need for the Home Exercise Program? 

You can use everyday household items, such as: 

  • A set of dumbbells or drink bottles or cans (as your weights) 
  • A resistance band — If you do not have one, still do the exercise and focus on squeezing the muscles. You may also use weights instead. 
  • A stable chair 
  • A drink bottle
