Strive Motion offers affordable and accessible exercise groups in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire, Bayside, and the Georges River area.

Strive Motion is continuing the AIM (now known as StediStrong) and WAVES group exercise classes, previously run by Prince of Wales Hospital (POWH) and the Strengthening over 60s program (also now known as StediStrong), previously run by the St George Hospital.

Want exercise that feels safe, social and made for you?

Looking for friendly, evidence-based group classes that help you stay strong, steady and independent?

Are you the sort of person who wants safe, guided exercise that helps you stay active, steady and social as you age?

You’ve tried doing this on your own before, right? And did it feel confusing, slow, or even a little scary to start again?

Strive Motion specialises in helping adults aged 50 and older, who want to feel stronger, steadier and more connected in a friendly community.

Here’s how we can help you:

  • We reduce fall risk by running structured, research-backed balance and strength classes.
  • We build confidence by guiding safe movements for ageing bodies.
  • We create connection by offering warm, friendly, social group sessions.
  • We boost motivation by keeping you consistent with weekly, uplifting classes.
  • We support fixed budgets by offering simple, affordable, weekly programs.

Imagine feeling stronger, steadier and more confident in your day-to-day life, instead of losing strength and independence each year.
