Strive Motion is a verified social enterprise through People and Planet First. 

Purpose: 
We exist to solve a social problem. 

• We help people over 50 who feel socially isolated and have poor access to health to find hope and impact through local action. 

• Therefore, Strive Motion’s purpose is to promote community wellbeing through movement and connection. We achieve this by inspiring participation and amplifying real stories that unite people through exercise, health, and social connection.   

Operations: 
We prioritise purpose, people and planet over profit. 

• We are a for-profit and for-purpose business. 

• Impact is being made, with informative and meaningful impact reports to follow. It’s about gathering the right data for the right reasons. 

• We are Good Market Approved, which is the global platform for social enterprise. 

Revenue: 
As a for-profit, for-purpose business we have a self-sustaining business model 

Use of Surplus: 
We redistribute 50% of our net profit towards our purpose. We do this through either low cost or pro bono work.

• Free masterclasses on a range of health topics, aimed at reducing health inequities and improving wellbeing for older adults. 

Structure:

Strive Motion is an Australian business. A Constitution is not legally needed, however as a social enterprise Strive Motion is committed to demonstrating how to lock-in our purpose. We will continue to support public benefit each year.
